In 2021, the Johnson Recent Alumni Council (JRAC) launched the inaugural 10 Under 10 notable alumni initiative to honor ten stellar alumni who are within ten years of graduation. Each fall, 10 Under 10 notable alumni are selected and recipients are featured individually in profiles throughout the academic year. Alumni honorees are nominated by Cornell faculty, staff, and alumni and selected by JRAC members based on their demonstrated excellence in two of the following three pillars: professional success, level of involvement in their community, and level of engagement with the Cornell community.
