Biography
Rakesh Allu is a Graduate Student in Operations, Technology & Information Management at Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. His research interests lie in Digital Platforms and Social Sustainability. He enjoys thinking about ways to integrate emerging technologies into firm operations within these contexts. Before academia, he served as a data scientist at Deloitte's Strategy and Operations group where he facilitated implementation of cognitive robotic automation for banking and insurance firms across the globe. He also served as a data analyst at HSBC’s network and channel analytics group where he identified opportunities to enhance customer experience on digital channels.
